Description
Alvar Aalto’s unusually long career shows that he was one of the most productive architects of all time. His catalogue of works comprises about 500 projects, only about 200 of which were actually realised. This exhibition catalogue takes a look at some of the projects that never got off the drawing board. The projects have been chosen from lesser-known work of different periods and were mainly designed to be built outside Finland.
