Poster for the exhibition celebrating Alvar Aalto’s 50-year career as an architect. The picture shows a detail of the ceiling of the Aalto-designed Vyborg Library (1927–35). The Alvar Aalto retrospective was held at the Ateneum Art Museum, Helsinki, in 1967. It was based on the Palazzo Strozzi exhibition in Italy in 1965–66, which set the seal on Aalto’s international reputation. The poster is available in two sizes.
